For fee purposes, Start-up is defined as a company under 3-years old and pre-revenue. Status will be reviewed. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register at the Standard rate. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic or government ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Academic registration is for full-time faculty, staff and research staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect, MOSA, SBIR/STTR, Smart Cities and Expo programs. |

| City Government Employees - Approval Required
Must be full-time employees of U.S. or international cities, towns, or municipalities. Contractors and consultants do not qualify. Must participate in 1-1 meetings, networking, and speed dating events. All requests will be placed in PENDING status and TechConnect has final approval on granting this access. This registration allows access to all Smart Cities Connect, TechConnect, MOSA, SBIR/STTR and Expo program sessions. |

| State & County Government Leaders - Approval Required
Defined as Senior leaders (e.g., department heads, agency directors, CIOs) at state or county level. Contractors and junior-level staff do not qualify. Must be in an executive decision-making role. Must participate in 1-1 meetings, networking, and speed dating events. All requests will be placed in PENDING status and TechConnect has final approval on granting this access. This registration allows access to all Smart Cities Connect, TechConnect, MOSA, SBIR/STTR and Expo program sessions. |

Notes:
- Attendees may transfer registration to another person at no charge prior to September 4, 2026. After September 4, 2026, no changes may be made.
- Anyone attending the technical sessions, Expo floor or receptions must hold a conference registration badge.
- Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a badge and will not be permitted on the Expo show floor during the hours of installation or dismantle regardless of relation, affiliation, or circumstances.
- No one under age 18 is allowed in the session rooms or the Expo floor without the prior written permission of show management.
