Fred has 20+ years of leadership experience, most notably with early-stage companies involved in municipal services. He’s held positions in publishing, financial services, parking enforcement and an entrepreneurial venture as a landscape designer. Fred currently manages a team with direct responsibility for Rubicon’s entire municipal portfolio.
