Caroline Judy has over 24 years of experience leading enterprise-wide innovation and change initiatives within County government. She is the former Director of the County of Sonoma General Services Department with leadership responsibilities for 118 employees, a $45 million annual operating budget, and a $69 million capital budget. She has previously served in similar positions in Alameda and Santa Clara counties.
She has a masters’ degree in Political Science from Stanford University, and baccalaureate in Economics from Reed College. She lives in Santa Rosa, CA with two large dogs, two cats, 11 chickens and 300,000 bees.
