Paul Valente oversees the budget for the BAS/BMS systems and IoT systems for the district where he oversees project management, design, updates, repairs and modernization efforts for the nation's third-largest school district serving over 300,000 students and supporting 65,000,000sq/ft. Through his efforts in the past 2 years, the district went from independent installations of BAS/BMS systems at schools to district managed enterprise supervisors with the development of modern specifications that implement hi-performance sequence of operations and provide tangible ROI deliverables for senior leadership as it pertains to rebates from the utilities as well as reduction in overall district cost.
