Brian Osterloh is Director of the City of Albuquerque Department of Technology and Innovation. The department encompasses Enterprise Resource Planning, Networking/Communications, Radio Communications, and Applications and the 311 Community Contact Center. Osterloh is known for his forward-thinking approach, expertise in technology, and commitment to a customer-oriented focus.  “We don’t support servers or cables or laptops or software – we support people.”

Since Osterloh first began with the City in 2003, he has overseen the implementation of the City’s first CRM application in support of 311, helped guide technological services to national and award-winning recognition, and lead City initiatives in innovative resources and tools such as Alexa service requests, Cognos transparency, open data reports, Where’s My Bus and Where2Vote, among others.

Osterloh is also the president of the New Mexico Association of USATF, and a youth assistant coach with Albuquerque Athletics Track.
