David Carr has over 30 years of experience in utility, government and university fleets and other related transportation management areas, having worked in telecommunications, higher education, local, city, and state government. Currently leads the Fleet and Facilities teams for RTC in Reno Nevada with 50 CNG powered paratransit vehicles and 69 fixed route buses including 21 all electric buses. He enjoys coaching basketball, playing golf and spending time with his family. He graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a degree in business administration and is currently serving on the APTA Clean Propulsion Committee as Chair of the Electric Bus subcommittee.
