Thomas (Tom) Topolski is Executive Vice President responsible for Parsons’ Connected Communities Market, which include Aviation, Rail and Transit, Digital Solutions, Intelligent Transportation System and Smart Cities. Parsons is a digitally enabled solution provider in the Infrastructure, Defense & Security Markets with over 16,000 employees and top line revenues exceeding $4 billion. Parsons delivers cyber/converged security, technology-based intellectual property and other innovative services to federal, regional, and local government agencies, as well as to private industrial customers globally.
Tom has 36 years of experience in the engineering and constructioni ndustry, including 21 years of international experience.
Tom obtained his Bachelor of Science in Urban Regional Analysis and Planning at the State University College of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Urban Planning at New York University. He has also completed advanced management programs at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School and the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business. Tom is Vice Chairman on the International Road Federation Board of Directors as well as a Board member of the New England Plan Group. He is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and a Certified Planner by the American Planning Association
