Chad Peevy is the Assistant Director of Grounds & Landscapes for Old Dominion University. Among his duties are design & construction consultation, urban planning, stormwater maintenance, and urban forest management. During his tenure, ODU has received such distinctions as ‘Tree Campus USA’, ‘Bee Campus USA’, won numerous environmental awards, and become a recognized leader at using landscape applications to improve infrastructure.
Chad has two degrees from ODU, having earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration with the institution. Chad has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2001, is a qualified Tree Risk Assessor and is currently Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the ISA
