Carla Walker has spearheaded large-scale civic engagement and public service initiatives at the local, state, national and international levels for the last two decades. Having served in three Mayoral Administrations for the city of Cincinnati, her fingerprints are on many major projects that define the city’s renaissance including it's climate change initiatives. In 2008, she helped develop the city’s inaugural Climate Action Plan. In 2017, she served as facilitator and strategist for the 2018 Green Cincinnati Plan.  She currently serves as the Climate Advisor for Cincinnati and leads the city’s work creating an energy efficient program for low income families living in multi-family structures, public education initiatives on electric vehicles, and building out the city’s EV charging infrastructure. She holds a BS from the University of Cincinnati, an MS from the University of Florida and an MPA from Harvard.
