Guillermo Lambarri is State Director of External Legislative Affairs for AT&T. In this role, Guillermo helps lead external, governmental and public affairs in the state of Colorado and Wyoming. He is charged with cultivating relationships with elected officials and key stakeholders, while promoting AT&T’s philanthropic efforts through strategic partnerships and leading infrastructure deployment. Guillermo has extensive professional experience in business development, government and community affairs, and has a collaborative, local approach to problem solving.
Previously, Guillermo served as Public Affairs Manager for AT&T in Texas where he led the development
and implementation of communications strategies with external and legislative teams across the state.
Prior to joining AT&T, he was Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Houston Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce where he advocated for Houston’s Latino Business Community. Guillermo has an MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Competitive Council and ACTION22.
Guillermo is a native Texan. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the new state he calls home with his
wife, Whitney, and daughter, Camil.
