Henry Quintin has been designing and building large, free municipal Wi-Fi networks for more than
a decade, and believes that everyone should have access to free or affordable high-speed
bandwidth options.
Henry has experience advising Municipalities and Business Improvement Districts on Wi-Fi
telecommunications infrastructure for large-scale and high-density environments, Internet of
Things applications, and leveraging technology in public spaces. Henry has been leading the way
in community-based WiFi offerings, and has designed, built or maintained some of the largest
public Free WiFi networks for companies like Google and Facebook, and throughout the country
including networks in New York City, Boston, Boulder, Denver, and Washington DC.
Henry studied Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology, and sat on the IEEE panel
responsible for creating standards for delivering broadband services over power lines. Henry
volunteers his time and expertise to various children's education and youth rehabilitation
programs, and has served as a board member for various Youth organizations and local Nursery
School.
