Aaron has worked to improve the customer experience for a decade, although he only recently left the
private sector. He works in the newly formed Office of Community and Business Engagement as the
Customer Service Concierge. He has a passion for improving the relationship between citizens and the
governments that serve them. Recently, his focus has been leveraging technology solutions to address
access and equity disparity and to improve ease of use for vital services.
In his current role, Aaron works as a liaison between 311 and the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure (DOTI) to ensure a cohesive experience for all residents. He also leads strategic projects to
advance DOTI’s mission and vision, as it relates to the customer experience. He is a science geek,
outdoor enthusiast, and proud cat-dad.
