Jason brings more than 16 years of experience including energy auditing, ESPC project development, project management, construction estimating, HVAC design, and measurement and verification. His experience includes projects in street lighting, cities, commercial office, K-12 education, higher education, and many types of public facilities.
As Ameresco’s Lead Project Development Engineer in the Oregon market, Mr. Carver analyzes energy using systems and facilities to define resource conservation opportunities, manages the collection of system and utility data, engineers the energy calculations during the technical energy audit, and works with the project team to program and develop the most cost-effective project solutions. During and after construction, he also ensures the implemented solution is built to meet performance criteria and secures all available incentives and grants to offset construction costs.
