As Chief Data Officer, Gary is responsible for enterprise wide governance and utilization of secure information as an asset, via analytics, data mining, information trading and other means. His position serves the North Carolina Office of State Budget & Management, with the primary role of ensuring the agency has the right data useable in the right ways to fulfill its mission. Previously, Gary has played key roles on multiple ERP implementations in both private and public sectors.
