Traci Siegel is a Customer Success Manager at Zencity, working with cities across the U.S. to incorporate resident feedback data into their decision-making processes. Traci leads the charge in building Zencity’s user community by assisting cities across the globe in making data-driven decisions through artificial intelligence (AI) as well as developing Zencity’s knowledge base and client webinar series. Prior to joining the Zencity team, Traci worked for local governments and non-profits in a variety of roles. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University. Traci is an avid fan of podcasts and music and is hopelessly in love with her dog, Nina.
