Brandon recently completed his PhD at the University of Michigan. Hie is a systems engineer with dual training in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, as well as Civil and Environmental Engineering. Brandon led the development and deployment of the technologies behind open-storm.org, an open-source blueprint for smart water systems.
