Dev Khoslaa is a senior ICT executive at Nokia with over 25 years' experience in driving new business development, international marketing and sales initiatives in North America and internationally. He has held several senior roles, including VP Sales, Managing Director- Broadband Stimulus, and GM, Sales. In his current role, he leads business development for Nokia Enterprise Services in North America. In this role, Dev assists CIOs and other key stakeholders in cities/counties, utilities, enterprise and service providers with their digital transformation initiatives using technologies such as IoT, Smart Cities, Private LTE, and 5G. He is passionate about helping cities, counties and governments to be able to better serve their citizens, realize operational efficiencies, and achieve smart governance. As a strong believer in the power of collaboration, Dev is orchestrating industry partnerships, and alliances with the goal to accelerate adoption and growth of smart city solutions.
Prior to this role, Dev held senior positions in Nokia Software/Applications & Analytics, assisting C level executives in solving their key business challenges through a broad suite of software solutions, such as big data analytics, customer experience management, and IoT. In his global sales role, he pitched a multi-billion, new market opportunity to international investors. Dev has set up and led new tech ventures in the US, Latin America and MEA. He is passionate about building and growing new businesses by harnessing the power of diverse teams across the globe. As a recognized thought leader in the tech industry, Dev has been a keynote speaker and panelist in international conferences and investment summit. He holds an MBA degree from University of Dallas and a BE in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, India. He is based in the Greater Seattle area.
