Tosh acts as the City of Pittsburgh's New Mobility Policy Analyst in an exciting time for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI). The role oversees numerous fronts, from managing relationships with autonomous vehicle companies to navigating on-street electric vehicle charging programs. Currently, Tosh serves as the City's main point-of-contact to the newly established "Pittsburgh Mobility Collective", a self-organized cooperative of mobility providers. Given the robust data-sharing relationships established with the providers, Tosh (and DOMI) stands to benefit from usage data that can greatly inform the department's planning efforts.
