As the Director of Business Development at OpenDataSoft, Rachel is responsible for defining growth. She helps organizations with their digital transformation efforts, developing data sharing products and services. Previously, she was at the US Treasury, Office of the US Trade Representative, the U.N., and the Clinton Foundation. Earlier, Rachel worked with Mercer/Oliver Wyman. Rachel is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Kennedy School. She is currently a fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.
