Today Dr. Smith manages the Outdoor Water Quality Product Segment for Yellow Springs Instruments (YSI), a Xylem, Inc. brand. She takes great pride in managing this industry-leading line of water quality monitoring instruments, and enjoys operating at the interface of commercial strategy, research and development, marketing, and policy.
