Raynor Smith is responsible for energy efficiency, design-build, and performance contracting projects at Building Clarity. Raynor guides Brady’s customers through the process of upgrading their facilities in order to earn a reasonable return on investment. His experience as a design engineer and contractor allow Raynor to easily identify energy conservation measures, utility rebates, tax incentives and finance vehicles that satisfy each building owner’s specific economic criteria. Outcomes of Raynor’s projects typically include increase in net asset value, positive cash flow improvement, and an improvement in the quality of the indoor environment. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and has more than 2 decades of electrical design, energy savings performance, and operations management experience.
