Richard Kidd has served as a Senior Executive in three Federal Agencies; the Departments of State, Energy and Defense as well as a tour inside the White House. He currently served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Strategic Integration inside the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and the Environment. In this capacity he thinks strategically about the future of Army Installations and helps to manage the budget process that resources that future.
