David has over 12 years of experience in international and domestic political advocacy on social, human, and environmental rights. David oversees RTS’ drive to bring our data- and sustainability-driven solutions to public-sector clients and residents across the country and beyond. David has worked for Human Rights Watch, the United Nations, and New York University, where he still teaches.
