Stan Schultes is a co-founder of Spark Growth, an innovation consulting firm whose goal is to help people think differently. Stan is an expert in agile strategies and innovation guidance, and his current development work is focused on smart cities initiatives and building cool Innovation Districts in smart places. One of his current projects involves co-producing Smart Cities Innovation Accelerators for city decision makers with The Innovators’ Forum, an initiative out of Harvard TECH.
Internationally recognized as a technology expert, Stan is a Microsoft RD (Regional Director award) and earned the coveted Microsoft MVP award for 15 years. He is an Systems Engineer from Purdue with a strong hands-on technology background as a professional solutions architect/developer building global enterprise systems. He has a knack for making the complex simple.
Stan is a co-founder of Station 2 Innovation, where he is certified in business incubation management and spends time nurturing entrepreneur ecosystems and mentoring startups. He is a co-founder of the Spark Growth ThoughtLeader.Exchange, which annually convenes disruptive thinkers from around the world, and he works actively across a broad range of community and civic groups where he lives in Florida.
