Eric Hill, a native of the State of New Jersey, has been employed in the transportation industry since 1984. Mr. Hill’s career in the transportation industry includes progressively responsible positions with a transit agency, planning authority and transportation research center.
In his position at METROPLAN ORLANDO, the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Orlando Urbanized Area, including three counties. Mr. Hill is responsible for planning and implementing strategies that use information and communication technologies to enhance the transportation network within the METROPLAN ORLANDO area.
Mr. Hill received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Policy from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey. He is active with several local and national transportation committees and associations.
