Bill Dodd is co-founder, chairman and CEO of GigaMonster, one of the nation’s leading network providers to multifamily and mixed-use communities. Bill has led GigaMonster’s efforts in building a national fiber network dedicated to serving as the foundation for smart communities. GigaMonster serves in a consortium of tech companies and service providers, led by CBRE, whose mission is to build advanced intelligence into cities, districts, mixed-use developments and multifamily communities. GigaMonster operates in over 25 US markets today and expanding rapidly. Bill serves on the board and the government relations committee of the Multifamily Broadband Council. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.
