David joined PennSmart in 2017 after spending 22 years with Verizon Wireless in the wireless telecommunications and data field. His primary focus is to assist and guide commercial, residential and municipal customers in turning their existing streetlights into SMART security and data collection hubs utilizing the companies patented Teres enclosure.
Teres is a retrofit platform designed to provide a low-profile and aesthetically pleasing deployment of security, safety and data collection equipment “under the trees” at the pedestrian level.
David and his team work closely with clients to provide economical and custom made solutions. Each application can be tailored to a projects specific scopes and needs, helping to make communities, campuses, parking lots, and roadways smarter and safer places to live, work and play.
