Rahul Gandhi is co-founder and CEO of MakeSpace, the technology-driven, full-service storage solution designed to provide a hassle-free storage experience. He founded MakeSpace with the goal of driving consumer costs down through technology, bringing a superior consumer experience and much-needed transparency to the $34 billion storage industry.
Rahul began his career in investment banking on Wall Street working as an analyst for Bank of America Securities where he first became passionate about technology, and later joined AOL in corporate development working with early stage entrepreneurs in digital media. While at AOL, Rahul helped evaluate, structure and negotiate acquisitions and investments totaling over $3 billion. In 2008, Rahul left AOL to pursue an MBA at Columbia University and subsequently joined Primary Venture Partners as a Principal, where he invested in both consumer and enterprise companies and served on several boards, including FieldLens and Reonomy.
He holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Finance and a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from The George Washington University.
