Raimundo Rodulfo is an IEEE Senior Member with twenty-five years of working experience delivering value, sustainability and innovation to customers and organizations. He is the Director of Information Technology of City of Coral Gables, Florida, responsible for strategic planning, management and continuous improvement of city-wide IT operations, infrastructure and smart city initiatives. Prior to joining the City in 2004, he worked for ten years in the private sector, including seven years in Bellsouth as a development engineer and three years engineering electronic equipment and systems for Siemens, NCR and other organizations. He also worked on joint projects in Illinois, California, Florida and LATAM with Motorola, Lucent, Agilent, Cisco and IBM.
Mr. Rodulfo’s team at the City of Coral Gables IT Department works together with the city’s leadership and departments as a key strategic partner bringing value, efficiencies, innovation and process improvements across organization through technology solutions, smart city initiatives and projects.
Mr. Rodulfo is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and ITIL/PCI/HIPAA/Virtualization/SAP certified professional. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Florida International University (FIU), a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Systems from FIU, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Polytechnic University.
