Liz oversees CityBase’s client-facing teams including sales, marketing, and engagement. She partners with the cities to uncover opportunities to centralize and digitize their constituents’ interactions and processes. She previously refined and expanded the service offerings of a research and data science organization serving the federal government, and led content and strategy teams at the University of Chicago, helping to shape the university’s strategic initiatives. She holds a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
