Scott has 25 years of experience in the energy industry, and over the years has worked with multiple energy technologies including efficiency, solar, wind, biomass, biofuels, waste-to-energy and geothermal. Presently, he manages NREL’s Strategic Partnership Program with state and local government agencies. Scott holds an M.S. in Engineering and Policy from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
