Joyce McLaren is a Senior Research Analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado, with expertise in renewable energy markets and policy formulation. Her recent efforts have focused on solar rate design, distributed energy storage, electric vehicle charging, and the use of solar for energy resiliency and reliability.
