Ronald Langhelm is the Community & Infrastructure Resilience Program Manager for the S&T Office of Mission Capability Support (MCS). With over 20 years of experience in the Emergency Management/Homeland Security environment. In this role, he is leading projects to support climate adaptation, disaster recovery, flooding, and disaster recovery. Specific efforts addressed in his diverse portfolio include: the advancement of the Search And Rescue Common Operating Platform (SARCOP), creating the Community Lifeline Status System (CLSS), development of the H2Rescue hydrogen power generation truck, and First Aid for Severe Trauma (FAST) High School training (age-appropriate Stop the Bleed curriculum).
