Harry Meier is the Deputy CIO for Innovation with the City of Mesa Department of Innovation and Technology. He oversees the development and implementation of the city’s smart city master plan and initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to enhance the quality of life and services for Mesa residents and businesses. He has over 15 years of experience in public sector innovation, digital transformation, and civic engagement with prior work in IT systems design for both F500 and Silicon Valley startups.
