Quinn Cole serves as an Economic Development Management Analyst in Topeka's Planning and Development Services department. Quinn's primary objective is to bridge the gap between city planning and finance through economic analysis and the advising and administration of financial incentive programs. Quinn also manages several economic development initiatives including the city land bank and affordable housing trust fund.
Quinn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans and practiced non-profit accounting. She went on to earn her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Kansas' City Management Fellowship. Quinn is passionate about government financial accountability, fostering sustainable economic growth, and promoting local government careers to women and gen z talent.
