Matt Llewellyn is the Director of Field Operations for Customer Experience and Strategic Initiatives at the San Antonio Water System (SAWS). He has been with SAWS since December of 2021 where he started by leading a team of process and data analysts. Prior to coming to SAWS, Matt worked for the City of San Antonio for more than 8 years. His work there included various roles with Animal Care Services, the Office of Innovation, and the IT department.
