Mr. Rinaldi has 30 years of experience in financial planning and engineering development and currently serves as Ameresco’s Program Manager. He is responsible for the development of forecasts, plans, and activities to support overall business. He also reviews project financial analyses including pricing sheets, cash flows and proposed contracts while coordinating with legal to expedite completion. He analyzes project submittals for quality assurance as well as coordinates with sales, project management, and operations teams to assure customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Ameresco, he was the manager of Development and Engineering as well as the Manager of Performance Engineering at NORESCO. Mr. Rinaldi has extensive experience in developing energy performance contracting opportunities, which includes coordinating the strategy, preparation of proposals and completion of detailed energy audits. He also has experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring Measurement and Verification plans for entire project portfolio of Energy Savings Performance Contracts, including Federal Department of Defense and municipal projects. He has a proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, staffs of up to 60, and outside contractors. He drives rapid improvements in productivity, service performance levels, and reductions in both operating and contractor costs.
