Sofia Troutman is a Product Portfolio Manager at Xcel Energy. She manages the Partners in Energy

Program, helping communities develop and implement energy action plans and meet their clean energy

goals. Her Xcel Energy experience includes managing programs targeting residential market rate and

income qualified customers, and those intended for multifamily buildings. Sofia has over eighteen years

of professional experience in Marketing, Product Management and Study Management for business and

government entities. She holds an MBA from the University of Arizona. Sofia grew up in Guatemala, is

fluent in both English and Spanish and has also worked as a Spanish interpreter.
