Ron has responsibility for public / private partnerships as well as the private developer looking to create

a differentiated, smart, connected, safe and sustainable experience for the citizens that live, work, play,

study and visit master planned communities, larger mixed-use communities and in this case those along

the Atlanta BeltLine. Honeywell’s IoT Enablement Platform “City Suite” integrates disparate smart

technologies into a single pane of glass to run, manage, optimize and monetize those numerous

technologies.

Ron comes to Honeywell after several years within technology and the enterprise software arena and

more recently on the private development side in commercial real estate & strategic partnerships for

Tavistock Development Company, the developer of Lake Nona, one of the most advanced and mature

“smart cities” of 11,000 acres located in Orlando Florida. Outside of work Ron enjoys spending time

with his fiancé and playing golf.

Smart Cities is an established business vertical for Honeywell globally deploying solutions within Smart

City / Community ecosystems addressing customer challenges while bringing scale, efficiencies, and cost

savings to the community.
