Scott McCarley is Product Manager, Connected Outdoor Solutions, at Genlyte Solutions a Signify Company where he is focused on developing new software and service offerings, and the sensor partner ecosystem. He works closely with cities and utilities to help them leverage their lighting infrastructure, the Internet of Things, sensors and connectivity to reduce energy and operational costs, enhance citizen health and wellness, support sustainability initiatives, and address the digital divide.
Prior to joining Signify, Scott was Senior Director of Smart City Solution Management at PTC, a leading IoT software platform provider and has over 20 years of software and IoT management experience.
Scott holds a M.B.A in Marketing and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA and a B.A. from Colby College in Biology: Cell & Molecular Biology/Biochemistry.
