Michael Pegues is the President of Aurora Dynamic Solutions, a mission-driven consulting firm delivering AI-powered infrastructure and strategic advisory services to government, enterprise, and smart city ecosystems. He leads efforts to transform public and private sector operations through cutting-edge technology innovation, responsible AI/ML integration, and sustainable infrastructure development.
Previously, Michael was appointed by Mayor Richard C. Irvin to serve as Chief Information Officer for the City of Aurora, where he led citywide technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives. He managed a $10+ million technology budget, directed a team of over 45 staff and more than 50 managed service partners, and executed a strategic plan that enhanced operations across all departments and improved services for residents, businesses, and visitors.
