Hillary Orr is a transportation leader with over 20 years of experience in innovation, planning, and engineering. She has led teams at the City of Alexandria, Fairfax County Department of Transportation, and the New York City Department of Transportation. Hillary also serves on the boards of the Alexandria Transit Company (DASH), the Intelligent Transportation Society of Virginia, and CivStart, where she continues to champion technology-driven public sector innovation.
