Connor Sadro is a Transportation Planner at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), working within the Transportation Technology and Innovation Program (TTIP). Initially hired to address the emerging topic of "broadband as transportation," Connor focuses on creating equitable access to the internet, a necessity highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic. This passion for digital equity led him into the world of transportation planning.
In addition to broadband planning, Connor manages projects related to innovative modes of transportation, including automated vehicle travel, real-time work zone data reporting, and AI-driven situational awareness tools. These initiatives help enhance safety and improve roadway monitoring throughout the region.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys exploring both urban and natural environments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has a passion for volunteering to understand and support the core of local communities.
