Kristin Leutz is an ecosystem builder dedicated to creating equitable prosperity through entrepreneurship and social ventures. With over 25 years of experience in organizational psychology, fundraising, and communications, she is a creative strategist and nonprofit operations expert. Kristin founded Petra Impact Partners to support changemakers at the intersection of arts, philanthropy, and economic development. As part of her commitment to building thriving entrepreneurial communities, Kristin supports HUUB with events and engagements—helping advance its mission to strengthen economic development teams and expand meaningful small business support.

She serves as a council member of the ESHIP Alliance and Entrepreneur in Residence at Smith College, and has held executive roles across nonprofits, community foundations, higher education, and Fortune 100 companies—including as Executive Director of Startup Champions Network, CEO of Valley Venture Mentors, and Vice President of Philanthropic Services at the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts.

A Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, Kristin volunteers as a mentor, advisor, and speaker, and is passionate about creating safety and opportunity for the most vulnerable. She holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from Colgate University and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.
