Brian Haines, B. Arch., is Vice President, Strategy for Asset Centric at Kahua, where he helps shape the future of asset-centric project management and the connection between capital project delivery and long-term asset performance.
With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and product management focused on cloud solutions for the building industry, Brian brings deep expertise in the intersection of technology, the built environment, and asset management. He is passionate about the future of workplaces, AI, and smart buildings and regularly shares his perspective through industry speaking engagements and thought leadership.
Brian also serves as Vice Chair of the NIBS COBie Task Group and sits on the board of the IFMA Technology Council, contributing to industry standards and advancing technology across the built environment. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona.
