Mr. Holt is the creator of CIMR® (Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction) Technology, an advanced system that uses safe levels of hydrogen peroxide gas to continuously disinfect air and surfaces in civilian and military environments. Unlike other air purification methods, CIMR reaches all areas where air travels—eliminating microbes on surfaces and in the air without producing ozone or harming people or animals. His work focuses on strengthening public health and national resilience through scalable, multilayered air protection systems.
Mr. Holt has installed more than 4,000 CIMR units at U.S. military bases, earned 13 commendations from the Army Corps of Engineers, and holds three patents pending in food safety, infection control, and bioterrorism defense. His technology has been applied globally to improve biosecurity and agricultural health, with successful projects in the United States, China, Ghana, and beyond.
