As President of RGV Pest LLC and long-time leader at Esparza Pest Control, Adrian has advanced innovative approaches to pest control and structural safety, including collaborations with CIMR Air Technologies to promote cleaner, healthier environments across Texas.
A lifelong resident of Edinburg, Adrian combines deep technical expertise with a strong commitment to community service. A former Edinburg firefighter and active industry mentor, he continues to train the next generation of certified applicators, ensuring a lasting legacy of professionalism, innovation, and public health leadership.
