Gerardo “Jerry” Jackson is a business development and community leadership professional with deep experience in public–private collaboration, marketing strategy, and organizational growth. Based in the Rio Grande Valley, he currently leads business development for Esparza Pest Control, where he partners with CIMR Air Technologies to advance clean air and public health initiatives across Texas and beyond. A graduate of the University of Texas–Pan American, Jerry also operates Jackson Business Consultant, advising clients on compliance, staff development, and strategic planning. Active in civic leadership, he has served on the Pharr Chamber of Commerce Board, the City of Pharr Civil Service Commission, and multiple community advisory boards—helping cities and organizations implement practical, people-focused innovations.
