Andre McGregor is a distinguished leader and innovator, renowned for his contributions in technology and cybersecurity. He is the founder and CEO of ForceMetrics, a Colorado-based decision-assist software platform designed to enhance the decision-making capabilities of public safety responders and city leaders. ForceMetrics leverages existing data to provide real-time insights via smartphones, improving community safety and addressing critical issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, gun violence, and mental health challenges. This platform streamlines the process from 911 dispatch to police response and co-responder follow-up, offering a visually intuitive resource to use data and AI for better community service. ForceMetrics is operational in eight states. Before starting ForceMetrics, Andre had a notable career as an FBI Cyber Special Agent in New York City, where he was foundational to the development of FBI New York’s first cyber national security squad focused on combating nation-state cyber intrusions. He was later promoted to Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC. Additionally, Andre served as the FBI Cyber Representative to the United Nations for four years, playing a critical role in international cybersecurity cooperation and he was one of the FBI Cyber technical liaisons to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cyber, fostering collaboration and strengthening national cyber defenses. In the private sector, Andre served as a leader at both Tanium and Namely, where he applied his cyber and leadership expertise to drive innovation and growth. Beyond his professional achievements, Andre is deeply committed to his local community. He served as a volunteer firefighter/medic, a member of the Denver Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and on the board of the Colorado Gives Foundation.
