Trevor Surface is the Field Operations Manager for the City of Sugar Land, with deep expertise in GIS and utilities. A Texas A&M graduate, he began as a GIS Specialist before transitioning to operations, where he now leads field strategy and implementation. Trevor was an early advocate for the city's dual-horizon framework, helping bridge data with action. Outside of work, he's a passionate BBQ and grilling enthusiast who brings the same precision to his brisket as he does to city infrastructure.
